1. Products
We sell digital design templates delivered as downloadable PDF files. All products are available as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. No physical goods are shipped.
2. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the template for your own professional or business purposes. You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template files with others
- Claim the design as your own original creation
- Use the templates to create products for resale as templates
- Sub-license or transfer your rights to any third party
3. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, and content are the original intellectual property of Redha Al Mashajrah. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it — not ownership of the underlying design or files.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store any payment information. Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region due to local taxes.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation via a download link sent to your email. If you do not receive your file within 24 hours, please contact us.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is." We are not responsible for how templates are used after purchase. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes resulting from using our products.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
